Änderungen
Was sich in kysoft.app geändert hat, neueste Version zuerst. Die Einträge beschreiben, was du als Shop davon merkst.
2.2.0 (2026-10-06)
Neue Funktionen
2.0.0 (2026-10-01)
Neue Funktionen
- Guests can now sign out from the check-in form — handy when several people check in on the same device.
- Group administrators can now set up a new shop in a group they manage themselves, instead of waiting for the platform owner to do it.
- Rental pricing is now configured in day ranges (for example first day, two days, one week) with one flat price per range — single-day rentals can be booked online, customers see how many days their price covers, and existing price ranges need to be set up again in days.
- The booking flow no longer asks twice for your location and dates, and you can now add or remove people while choosing equipment.
- Product groups can now be linked to KYSOFT by typing the product and article group codes directly, so a shop can set up its catalogue without waiting for the KYSOFT search — and each field is marked where it affects the KYSOFT sync.
- The price table now confirms when it has saved, refuses a price it cannot store instead of failing silently, and clearing a cell removes that price as the hint under the table always promised.
- Providers connected to KYSOFT can now import their article groups and products straight into the Kyrent catalogue, and see exactly which records could not be imported and why.
- Your booking confirmation email now includes your customer barcode, so the shop can scan you in at the counter just like the check-in pass.
- Shops can now archive branches, products, packages and price tiers instead of deleting them. Archived entries disappear from the storefront but stay on past bookings, and can be restored at any time.
- The optional notes box has been removed from the booking form. Anything typed there never reached the rental system, so requests should go to the shop directly.
- If you have rented before, your height, weight and shoe size are already filled in when you book — including when you sign in partway through a booking.
- Shops can now decide which personal details the reservation form asks for, and which of them customers have to fill in before booking.
- Shops can now write a separate welcome text and login-code email text for customers making a reservation, so booking customers no longer read the check-in wording.
- The catalog is now organised into tabs — synchronisation, product types, categories, groups and sets each have their own page, so the one you want opens directly instead of loading everything at once. A product group's imported products also have their own tab, next to the group's details rather than below them.
- Adding a product that belongs to a package now offers you the rest of the package on the spot, showing the regular price next to the package price so you can see what you save.
- Long rentals can now carry a per-day surcharge above your longest price tier, so an eight-day booking no longer needs a price row of its own.
- Seasons let you set when each part of your catalogue can be rented, so winter equipment stops being bookable in summer.
- Shops can now charge different prices in different seasons and sell whole-season passes, so customers can buy a set for the entire season at one flat price instead of picking dates.
- The admin area now opens on an overview listing everything still missing before your shop can take bookings, with a link straight to the page that fixes each one — and your locations and product groups show at a glance which ones are not yet ready to be booked.
- Customer records in KYSOFT now carry a reference to the matching Kyrent account, and a customer who books online no longer gets a second KYSOFT record when they check in.
- You can now give each person in a booking their own name while choosing their equipment, and that name is already filled in at checkout — and your shop logo now appears in the storefront header.
- Rental packages can now have their own picture. Upload one on the package's page and customers will see it on the package card instead of a placeholder letter.
- Your basket now sits beside the equipment while you book, split by the people you are booking for, so you can see everything each person is renting and the running total at a glance.
- Returning guests are now recognised in KYSOFT even when their earlier record cannot be found by name, so a repeat visit no longer leaves a duplicate customer behind.
- Shops that only take online reservations can now be set up as reservation-only, which hides check-in from the admin and stops guests being sent into a check-in they cannot finish. The T&C and privacy consent settings have moved to the General settings tab, where they apply to both reservations and check-in.
